Cookie Policy

Effective date: 2026-05-29 · Last updated:2026-05-29 · Version 1.0

This Cookie Policy explains how iKingdom LLC d/b/a Acts 2uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively, “cookies”) on acts2.io. Read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. It allows the website to recognise your device, remember settings, and in some cases measure how the site is used. Some cookies expire when you close your browser (“session cookies”); others stay on your device until they expire or you delete them (“persistent cookies”).

2. Cookies we set on acts2.io

We use a small number of cookies. We do not run third-party advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or behavioral-advertising trackers.

3. Cookie categories

  • Strictly necessary cookies are required to deliver the Service (e.g., session cookies for login). They do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.
  • Performance cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve it. We currently rely on Vercel Speed Insights for aggregated metrics with no cross-site tracking.
  • Analytics cookies (e.g., a future GA4 deployment) would help us understand usage at an aggregated level. These will be set only with consent in EU/UK/Brazil and equivalent jurisdictions.
  • Advertising cookies: None. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not embed advertising or retargeting pixels.

4. Managing your cookie preferences

You can control cookies via your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Disabling strictly-necessary cookies may affect the functionality of the Service, including your ability to stay signed in.

For EU, UK, and other consent-required jurisdictions we will surface a cookie banner the first time you visit. You can change your preferences at any time by clearing the cookie_consent cookie or by emailing contact@acts2.io.

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC)signal as a valid opt-out of “sale” and “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. The legacyDNT header is not consistently interpreted across browsers and we do not rely on it.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as we add or remove cookies or as the law changes. Material changes will be communicated through the site. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version.
