Acts 2 Pro/Médicos & Telemedicina
🩺

One you. Every patient. Every language.

Roughly one in five Americans speaks a language other than English at home, and the share is far higher in border states, port cities, and any clinic that takes Medicaid. The cost of getting that wrong shows up as misdiagnoses, missed follow-ups, and malpractice exposure. Most doctors handle it with a phone interpreter, a multilingual MA who is already overloaded, or a printed handout from 2014. Acts 2 Pro is the fourth option. Clone your voice once and translate live consultations, recorded encounters, and patient-education videos into the language of the person sitting across from you (or 30,000 miles away on telemed). Your patient hears you explaining the lipid panel in Mandarin, the discharge plan in Haitian Creole, the antibiotic taper in Quechua. No interpreter, no delay, no third party in the room. Solo practices, multi-site groups, and digital-front-door telemedicine vendors all run it the same way.

Phone interpreters are slow, expensive, and break rapport

A typical commercial medical interpreter line runs $1.50 to $3.50 per minute, and the average tele-interpreter encounter adds 4 to 8 minutes to the visit. For a busy primary-care panel, that is a five-figure annual line item and a noticeable hit to per-hour productivity. Worse, the patient is talking to a stranger about something deeply personal. Acts 2 Pro replaces the third voice on the line with yours — translated in under two seconds, in the tone you already use in the exam room.

Patient-education content is monolingual and untouched for years

Every clinic has the same problem: a YouTube channel with twelve videos, all in English, recorded by the founding physician three years ago. Translating them to Spanish costs $1,200 per video with a voice actor who sounds nothing like you. Acts 2 Pro dubs your existing library in your own cloned voice across 29 languages — and produces captions in 148 — for a fraction of the cost. The same content now compounds across every patient demographic in your service area.

Telemedicine boxes you into the patient's English fluency

Synchronous virtual visits are the highest-margin product in modern outpatient medicine, and they collapse the moment the patient's English is shaky. Acts 2 Pro's Talk mode runs a real-time bilingual layer over Zoom, Doxy, or your EMR's built-in video — you speak English, the patient hears their language, they reply, and you hear English. Median latency under two seconds. Your panel just expanded by every non-English speaker in your zip code.

Use cases

Where it fits in your workflow.

Live telemedicine in the patient's language

Talk mode in front of Zoom, Doxy, or your EMR video. You stay in English, the patient stays in their first language, both sides hear voice-cloned audio in under two seconds.

Recorded multilingual consultations

Record the consultation once. Acts 2 Pro produces a dubbed version in the patient's language for chart review, family sharing, or care-team handoff.

Patient-education library at scale

Dub your existing English video library into 12 to 29 languages in your own voice. Captions in 148. One recording, every patient demographic served.

Multilingual discharge and after-visit summaries

Generate a 60-second voice-cloned summary of the visit in the patient's language, attached to the after-visit packet. Adherence and follow-through both go up.

Frequently asked questions

Is Acts 2 Pro HIPAA-compliant?

We are pursuing a BAA with all customers on Studio and Practice plans. Audio is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we do not train on customer data. Contact us for the current SOC 2 and HIPAA documentation packet.

How accurate is the medical vocabulary?

Our model is tuned on medical corpora including UMLS terminology and a curated set of patient-education transcripts. For specialty practices we offer a 7 to 10 day fine-tune pass that locks in your preferred phrasing for diagnoses, drug names, and procedure terminology.

Can my multilingual medical assistants verify the output?

Yes. Every Talk-mode session produces a bilingual transcript your bilingual staff can spot-check. Many clinics treat this as a quality-control loop for the first 30 days.

Which video platforms does the dub attach to?

Mux, Vimeo, Cloudflare Stream, YouTube (as a secondary audio track), and any self-hosted HLS player. No EHR rewrite required.

What about telemedicine inside our EMR's native video?

Talk mode runs as a sidecar — patient and provider both connect through a lightweight web link that bridges to your EMR's video session. Most EMRs work out of the box.
