One you. Every client. In the language they grew up dreaming in.

Therapy works in the heart language. Clients who can speak English fluently in the boardroom still cry in Spanish, pray in Tagalog, talk to their dead mother in Cantonese. For decades, therapists have either accepted that limit or referred out. Acts 2 Pro removes it. Clone your voice once and you can run a one-on-one session in your client's first language, deliver intake materials in the language they grew up reading, and publish a bilingual content library — podcast episodes, group-therapy mini-courses, parenting workshops — without recording a sentence twice. Your warmth, your therapeutic presence, your trained pacing, preserved across 29 voice-cloned languages and captioned in 148. Solo private practices, EAP networks, and Spanish-speaking clinicians building global online practices all use it.

Bilingual capacity is rationed by the therapist's own languages

Even fully bilingual therapists usually have one strong clinical language and one workable one. Add a third or fourth and the quality of the work falls off a cliff. Acts 2 Pro's Talk mode lets you stay in your clinical first language while the client experiences the session in theirs. Both sides get voice-cloned audio. The therapeutic alliance survives the translation.

Intake and homework are stuck in English

The intake packet, the weekly homework PDFs, the psychoeducation videos — most practices have all of it in English and quietly hand a Google Translated version to Spanish-speaking clients. That is a clinical liability and a retention killer. Acts 2 Pro dubs your intake materials and homework videos in your own voice in the client's language. The work begins the moment they hit play.

Content for diaspora audiences requires a separate recording for every language

Therapists building a public-facing presence — Instagram clips, podcast episodes, YouTube psychoeducation — have to choose one language and accept the smaller audience. Acts 2 Pro publishes every piece of content in every language you want, in your own voice, from a single recording. A monolingual practice becomes a multilingual brand without doubling the recording workload.

Use cases

Where it fits in your workflow.

Talk-mode therapy sessions across language barriers

You stay in your strongest clinical language. The client stays in theirs. Voice-cloned audio on both sides, under two-second latency, transcript saved to the chart.

Bilingual intake and homework library

Dub your existing intake explainer videos, between-session homework, and psychoeducation packets into the client's first language in your own voice.

Multilingual content for diaspora audiences

Record once in English or Spanish. Acts 2 Pro publishes the same episode dubbed in 4 to 29 languages, captioned in 148. Your podcast becomes a global show.

Session recaps in the client's language

Generate a short voice-cloned recap of the session, in the client's first language, that they can listen to before next week's appointment.

Frequently asked questions

Are session recordings stored on Acts 2 Pro servers?

Only if you explicitly enable recording. Live Talk-mode sessions can run translation-only with no recording stored. When recording is enabled, audio is encrypted in transit and at rest and is never used to train models.

Does the cloned voice preserve therapeutic warmth?

Yes. That is what it is built to do. ElevenLabs voice cloning carries prosody and tone well enough that clients report the AI version sounds like the therapist, not a stranger reading a script.

What languages are supported for live sessions?

Talk mode currently supports 29 voice-cloned languages live, with full caption support for an additional 119 languages. The full list includes Spanish, English, Portuguese, Mandarin, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Haitian Creole, Russian, Arabic, French, Italian, German, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, and 14 more.

Can I use Acts 2 Pro for group therapy?

Yes. Conference mode supports up to 6 participants on Studio and up to 20 on Practice, each in their own preferred language simultaneously.

How does this affect clinical documentation?

Every session produces a bilingual transcript that imports into most EHR systems. Many clinicians use it as raw material for the session note, which saves 10 to 15 minutes per encounter on documentation.
